Doozee provides a platform that allows users to create and send personalized digital gift cards with video, photo, and audio messages. Gift cards are fulfilled through our retail partners.
User Responsibilities

- Not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Respect the privacy of gift recipients
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you create and upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content for the purpose of delivering your gift.
Limitation of Liability
Doozee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: Doozee Gift Card Notifications
Description: When a gift sender chooses SMS delivery, recipients receive a one-time text message notification with a link to view and redeem their personalized gift card.
Message Frequency: Recipients receive a single message per gift. No recurring messages are sent unless a new gift is sent to them.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
